Professional Back-Office Services (PBS) Course The Professional Back-Office Services (PBS) course is a competency-based training program developed in alignment with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) under NTVQF Level-3. The course aims to develop industry-ready professionals equipped with practical skills required in BPO, ITES, and outsourcing sectors. With a total duration of 360 hours, the course covers basic IT skills, workplace communication, occupational safety, professional typing, ethical practices, customer dealing, data management, business support, graphic editing, and entry-level digital marketing. Upon successful assessment by an NSDA-certified assessor, participants will receive a National Skill Certificate (NSC-3), enabling them to pursue employment or freelance opportunities as Back-Office Executives and Business Support Professionals in local and global markets.
