Caregiving training is being implemented completely free of charge through the Asset Project. This is a 360-hour training course at full government expense. Anyone between the ages of 18-45 can apply. Subject to eligibility, all trainees are given a monthly training allowance of 1,500 taka, and trainees from women, the disabled, and ethnic minorities are given a training allowance of 2,000 taka. At the end of the training, skills are verified and a government certificate is issued through the National Skill Development Authority.
