Training Objectives: Understand the packing machine components and operating principles. Perform machine startup, operation, and shutdown procedures according to SOP. Configure machine parameters for different product specifications. Monitor machine performance and identify operational abnormalities. Execute routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance tasks. Apply troubleshooting techniques for common machine faults. Follow workplace safety, quality, and GMP standards during operation. Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
