The Industrial Food Preservation – Cycle-4 training is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge of industrial food preservation techniques used to maintain product quality, extend shelf life, and ensure food safety. The training covers the scientific principles of food preservation, including temperature control, moisture reduction, thermal processing, refrigeration and freezing, packaging technologies, chemical and natural preservatives, and contamination prevention. Participants will gain practical understanding of preservation equipment, process monitoring, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and food safety standards. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be able to apply appropriate preservation methods, monitor critical process parameters, maintain product quality, minimize spoilage, and ensure safe and efficient food production in an industrial manufacturing environment.
