Circular Regarding Admission and Training under the ASSET Programme With a view to enhancing employable skills among women and transforming them into a productive workforce, the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, is implementing a programme titled “Accelerating and Strengthening Skills for Economic Transformation (ASSET)”. Under the said programme, and with the overall supervision of ASSET – Bangladesh Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BWCCI), eligible Bangladeshi women will be provided with the opportunity to participate in employment-oriented skills training through designated Training Institutes (TI). The training will be conducted on a completely free-of-cost basis under government funding. The duration of the training programme will be three (03) months, and it is designed to enhance participants’ professional competencies and employment prospects.
